When some site's forms allow selecting multiple categories, then you will have all your current profile's categories selected, which exist on this form.

Submitting to niche sites
If you want to submit to niche sites, there it is a "Usage" field for each category, which can be extremely useful for these purposes. For example: if you want to submit to "Gay" niche, you should choose "Gay" as your primary category and set it's Usage to "Use for queue generation and form filling". All other categories will represent niche categories for your niche, so set their usage to "Use for form filling only".

Note: you may also use Customize button - here you may add new categories or rename existing ones. There is a set of built-in categories (marked as fundamental), which you can't delete, but you may rename them though.
