Categories - categories. You may pick up to 5 categories for your gallery, but remember that categories have descending priority. For example, if you have two categories - Blondes and Babes (primary and secondary respectively), then if the form has both categories, Blondes will be chosen as it has higher priority (it's primary). When some site's forms allow selecting multiple categories, then you will have all your current profile's categories selected, which exist on this form.

Submitting to niche sites
If you want to submit to niche sites, there it is a "Usage" field for each category, which can be extremely useful for these purposes. For example: if you want to submit to "Gay" niche, you should choose "Gay" as your primary category and set it's Usage to "Use for queue generation and form filling". All other categories will represent niche categories for your niche, so set their usage to "Use for form filling only".

Note: you may also use Customize button - here you may add new categories or rename existing ones. There is a set of built-in categories (marked as fundamental), which you can't delete, but you may rename them though. These categories are used by the standard database, supplied by the authors of submitter.
